The saltwater pool is not heated. Opens May 15th and closes October 15th. Given the age and layout, Ocean II Condos is not ADA/ANSI compliant. Pets are not permitted. We rent to a maximum of two guests. Any type of Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the condo and the condo complex property. This includes, but is not limited to: Inside the condo units Balconies and patios Common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and walkways. Outdoor: pool and lawn areas within the complex Any violation of this no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine per incident.
