Please note that the parking spaces available at our property are small and large vehicles may not fit comfortably. For guests with larger vehicles, we recommend using the 9th Street Parking Garage, which is better suited for accommodating them at a cost of $20 per day. We rent to a maximum of three guests. Given the age and layout, Pacific Place Condos is not ADA/ANSI compliant. Pacific Place Condo Rules and Regulations: Pet free condominium Service Animals Documentation needs to be provided to Dominion Property Management prior to arrival. Any type of Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the condo and the condo complex property. This includes, but is not limited to: Inside the condo units Common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and under awnings. Outdoor areas/Parking Lot within the complex Any violation of this no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine per incident.
