Given the age and layout, Retreat By The Sea Condos is not ADA/ANSI compliant. Rules and Regulations: Pet free condominium Service Animals Documentation needs to be provided to Dominion Property Management prior to arrival. To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and residents, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including: Inside condo units Hallways, stairwells, and walkways Parking Lot Any violation of this no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine per incident.
