It was a great place to stay. I would go again maybe one spring or summer. I loved the view and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. I went for Christmas but even in winter Virginia Beach is beautiful. I saw dolfins. Bonus!

You won’t be disappointed with this rental. You are on the beach, close to everything, and staying in an immaculate studio condo. The host was extremely responsive. And a notable plus, you can see your car from the condo. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place with a great host.

My wife and I stayed here while house hunting for our future move. Frances’ condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! The building was easy to find and we were able to get right in. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around, the beach is right around the corner, and there’s a gas station within walking distance as well! You do get a little bit of the street noise but it’s not a bother, we actually enjoyed people watching from the window! The laundry room is right next door and we were able to wash our clothes before heading home. Everything is perfectly clean and stocked! We had a little trouble with the door lock but Frances was quick with her response and got everything taken care of as soon as she could. We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay here again!

Frances' beach condo is devine. Well stocked and comfy. Also very quiet, private, with direct ocean view from the unit. We were within walking distance to several restaurants and the boardwalk was mere steps away as well as the ocean. We truly had no need to drive anywhere once we arrived; but that's exactly what we were in search of: quiet and relaxing within walking to beach and restaurants.

This listing was on my Airbnb “wish list” for a couple of years and I was finally able to stay for a night! It did not disappoint - amazing view, super walkable, designed with intention. I loved waking up to enjoy the sunrise and taking a stroll on the boardwalk. It’s also just a couple blocks from The Green Cat - one of my favorite smoothie spots! Frances is a gem of a host. Communication is as a breeze and she created an awesome house manual/local guidebook that was very helpful. I wish I could give this listing 10 stars. Just book it!!

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. The property was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Adorable place in a quiet part of the boardwalk. Yet super accessible to everything. Frances place was ADORABLE!!! It felt a little like a mix between Palm Springs, Old Miami and Virginia Beach. So many cute details. Everything was very thought out!

This is our second stay with Frances, and we had a wonderful time once again. The place is clean and nice. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach but still tucked away and private.
