Super endroit où séjourner ! Quartier convivial et je me suis toujours senti en sécurité. J'ai séjourné ici pendant 3 mois pendant que j'étais à Virginia Beach pour le travail. L'hôte a toujours été réactif et très serviable lorsque c'était nécessaire. Je recommande vivement !

Lorsque j'ai réservé le condo, Frances m'a appelé et m'a expliqué qu'il y avait un problème et que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans l'unité. Elle m'a dit qu'elle comprendrait tout à fait si je voulais un remboursement complet ou qu'elle me ferait une grosse réduction pour rester, car la température ne devait pas monter très haut pendant le week-end. J'ai accepté la réduction, mais elle a aussi précisé que si, une fois sur place, cela ne convenait pas, je pouvais toujours l'appeler et obtenir un remboursement complet. À notre arrivée, Frances avait pris toutes les mesures possibles pour rendre la chambre confortable avec des ventilateurs. Elle avait également laissé un mot sur le frigo souhaitant un joyeux anniversaire à ma femme et un bon anniversaire de mariage à nous deux, car je lui avais mentionné cela auparavant. J'ai hâte de réserver à nouveau avec elle et je sais que ce sera encore mieux avec la climatisation réparée. Cela vaut vraiment le coup d'y séjourner.

Super endroit où séjourner, j’envisagerai certainement d’y revenir à l’avenir. Il y a eu un petit malentendu avec le parking mais Frances a été très serviable et le problème a été rapidement résolu. Je recommande néanmoins vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances à VA Beach. PS : L’emplacement est parfait, à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage et tout est accessible à pied.

My sister and I stayed at Jessica’s place for a month and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was even more spacious than we expected, super comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly—which made a big difference during the warmer days. The location was ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the beach, in a quiet and safe area with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Communication with Jessica was excellent—she was always responsive and helpful. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 months at Jessica's place and enjoyed our stay. The townhouse matched the pictures and the neighborhood is a quick walk to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Jessica was very responsive to all our questions.

Charming, pristine place. Looks exactly like photos. Host very responsive. Great location. Easy walk to many restaurants and the boardwalk/beach. We had a great long term stay while moving into a new house. We highly recommend this place for short or long term stays!

There for work, super close to all things to do down by water and local eateries, were there’s no pay for parking just walk and enjoy. Great place to stay

We had an amazing stay at Jessica’s. The place was spacious and Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Location was close to restaurants and the vibe as well as the oceanfront! We look forward to staying here again!

Jessica was a great host. It was a home away from home. Very neat clean and super cute! The pictures were nice and it was even better in person. Great price and worth it!

Home was very clean and neat. Great location and convenient to NAS Oceana where we were working for the week. Only issue was the outside floodlight on the front of the house shined into the bedroom. Also could use a few more wash cloths and bath towels in each bathroom.
